The PairOfSingle relation. The PairOfSingle relation is a specialisation of the PartOf relation and contributes as such to the definition of the partonomic hierarchy of TAH.The PairOfSingle relation is a link between a father material singular entity and a child material paired entity. Its target is the definition of a symmetrical pair out of a singular entity. To do that, it is necessary that the father entity is compatible with the symmetry through the central saggital plane, therefore it must be a midline entity.Example: [ala minor sphenoidalis] -> (PairOfSingle) -> [os sphenoidale].Name: PairOfSingleAcronym: UOSConceptual schema: [Child entity A] -> (PairOfSingle) -> [Father entity B]Child entity A: material singular pairedFather entity B: material singular unpaired. |
